It would be hard to find a career that doesn't involve maths. A career might seem a long way off but whether you are consciously thinking about it or not, you are starting to shape your career right now. We need to be making choices now that improve the future of the planet. It just so happens that the environment and sustainability are really interesting and very mathematical.

Welcome to This is Maths. This website is used as a vision board for our magazine. On here, you will find past, present and future projects. We look at how mathematics is used in all subjects and of course enjoy it in it's purest form. We have a whole section dedicated to the environment and sustainability. In each magazine we look at the mathematics of careers and what that career might be like. This is an ongoing project and we are looking for contributors. Do you like writing or drawing? Get in touch. Along the way we aim to raise money for charity and have a good old read. Enjoy.
